Return Rules and Restrictions
Custom Product is non-returnable and non-refundable. If the product is defective we will replace or repair your custom product.
Standard stock product that was purchased directly from Sea Bags is returnable with full credit within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
Products must be in good condition with hangtags attached.
Returns must have a completed Return or Repair Authorization form.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Sale merchandise is not available for returns after 5 business days.
Returns for product bought in our store are not eligible for a refund without a receipt.
You can expect refunds within 30 days after we receive the returned product.
Items purchased at a Sea Bags authorized retail shop, department store or specialty catalog may not be returned directly to us and should be taken to the store where your product was purchased.
We do not support returns, reships or credits for items shipped internationally through a third party.
Damaged or defective items
We are tight on quality and do our best to make sure the best quality product goes out. If you receive a damaged or defective item from Seabags.com, please contact us immediately for a replacement. All returns must have a Return Authorization. Please include your name and address in the box. Once we have processed your return, you will receive credit, or a repaired or replacement product.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
You will only be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer or shipping error on our part.
