Donation Request Form

A few things to keep in mind before submitting a request for product donation:

  • Any profit garnered from the sale of a Sea Bags product on behalf of your organization must be used by the recipient nonprofit entity for the purpose of fulfilling its charitable mission.
  • Use of the Sea Bags name, logo, and trademarks that implies the support or sponsorship of an event must be approved by Sea Bags. Including all advertising and social media.
  • We do not generally offer support to: Individuals, Political candidates/organizations, For-profit businesses, Fraternal or social organizations, Religious organizations open to a restricted segment of the public, Organizations based outside of the United States, Organizations that discriminate toward different categories of people, especially on the grounds of ethnicity, age, sex, or disability.
  • Sea Bags products must be raffled or auctioned at a value equal to or greater than the MSRP of the product. If approved, please be prepared to report on the amount of funds raised as a result of this donation to be included along with the tax acknowledgment letter.
  • Please allow up to 6 weeks to process your request.
