Sustainably Handcrafted in the USA
Hand-spliced Rope
The rope handles on a Sea Bag are iconic and borrowed from the bygone approach to ice-carrying aboard marine vessels. Sourced from one of the only rope manufacturers in New England, we handcut the rope to length based on the product. We then splice the ends of the rope together using a traditional maritime technique which creates a strong bond and our signature handle.
Hand-Stitched in the USA
Our materials are sourced as close to home as possible; Maine first, New England next and finally USA, and it stops there. We cut, assemble and stitch our products artistically by hand on the coast of Maine, so you can be confident any purchase you make supports keeping manufacturing jobs in the USA.
