Functions & Responsibilities:
  • SOCIAL MEDIA
  • • Social Media Management: Primary manager of all social media platforms to include Facebook, Google Plus, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram.
  • Make recommendations on tactics, execute posts and manage customer engagement. Also participate in extensions into other social properties as they develop.
  • • Manage the third party platform for User Generated Social Media Content.
  • • Collaborate on Website Content Development Strategy on video to include executing development.

Requirements:

Web Graphic Design Associate

Sea Bags is seeking a talented and energetic Web Design Associate with some background in print design as well. This position is a junior design team member of the Marketing team at Sea Bags, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Ecommerce. The environment is entrepreneurial and collaborative and we are seeking a team member who embraces branding and marketing and will translate the Sea Bags brand identity into designs executed in both print and online media. An affinity for social media is required.

Marketing & Ecommerce Business Analyst

The Marketing & Ecommerce Business Analyst is a key member of the Marketing and Ecommerce department for Sea Bags and Chart Metalworks. This role will utilize our newly built Sea Bags customer and product database to provide rich analysis to senior management to enhance and increase the effectiveness of marketing programs and prospecting. A key function will be analysis and reporting on the health of the corporate buyer file as well as the prospects in our email file. This role will recommend and execute behavioral analytics, trend analysis and segmentation strategies based on business goals.

Functions & Responsibilities:
  • • Collaborate with Vice President of Marketing & Ecommerce to identify customer segmentation strategies, campaign response measurement, and campaign/reporting needs.
  • • Manage customer and product database and the regular data updates and integrations with all supporting database platforms. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of data.
  • • Manage Business Intelligence (BI) tools and reporting to include developing SQL models, building corporate dashboards, and providing internal support to all database users.
  • • Leverage multiple technologies and platforms (Google Analytics, Clover, Social Media Analytics) to produce actionable insights related to trends, customer behavior, site performance, and risk management.
  • • Ensure all tagging, source code tables and promotion tables are up to date and functioning as expected.
  • • Craft and execute A/B testing programs in all digital platforms in partnership with the VP Marketing & Ecommerce.
  • • Develop reports tracking of key monthly marketing metrics and corporate KPIs– including buyer file counts, buyer migration, retention, projections.
  • • Collaborate on the expansion of our Customer Loyalty Program into an Omni-Channel strategy and develop systematic reporting system.
  • • Manage and optimize the datafeeds for marketing programs with automated feeds from our Magento product database.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

This is a multi-faceted position, responsible for performing a variety of tasks to assist in the production team in making products.

General Job Description: This position entails coordinating and assembling materials for producing products. As with all positions in our small, growing company, this position requires a high degree of flexibility, and responsibilities in addition to manufacturing duties may include assisting with customer service, shipping, etc.
