The Beetlecat boat design came from the Beetle family of New Bedford, MA in 1921, as a 12 foot gaff rigged wooden sailboat for their children. 

Part of our 20th Anniversary Archive Collection, this design is a favorite from Sea Bags’ past. We’ve made just a few dozen.
