Our skilled sail cutters strip the hardware from the sails and begin templating at the sweet spot, the Vintage Sail Insignia. They plan how to optimize the sail's yield, considering unique stitching and character marks.
Ensuring that no material goes to waste, the sails are cut by hand and begin their journey toward becoming a Sea Bag.
