"I own 32 Seabags of all kinds. . i had seen this in store, and thought it was cute! Finally ordered one. Imagine my disappointement when i received an item that is not NEARLY as nice as the picture or the ones i have seen in store! The one I received is very oddly shaped and has a big brown mark right beside the stamped sailboat. While I realize, from owning many seabags, that there can be imperfections on them, this one looks HORRIBLE and I would never consider giving this to anyone. Also would not be able to fit cards or anything in it due to the odd shape. Not worth the time to try shipping it back. May be my last Seabag purchase if this is now the quality."

"The Sail Boat change purse is very nice. I particularly like the red zipper. The purse seems sturdy. However, the service was not very good. I only received one change purse out of the 3 bags I ordered. Several weeks passed and still no package. No communication from Sea Bags as to what happened or if there was a delay. I tried to call customer service several times. Left a voicemail message each time and no one ever called me back. I finally called the flagship store and got help. I have bought several Sea Bags over the years, both in person and online, and was happy with the products and service. I was surprised and disappointed about the poor service and lack of initiative of Sea Bags to communicate with me. The person at the flagship store was helpful and was able to resolve."
