Emails
After you place your order, we'll send you order status update emails such as:
Order confirmation. This email includes your order number. Please keep it for your records.
Shipment confirmation. This email will let you know your product has shipped. We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Delivery time will depend on where you live.
Lead-time
Standard Product will ship within 10 business days or sooner unless back-ordered. You will receive an email confirmation with current lead-times for your product. If you need your product sooner, please call us at 888-210-4244 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Delivery of your order
We ship using FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Delivery time will depend on where you live and selected shipping method.
Terms & Conditions
Specifications, website content, and our product: We do our best to update our website, give exact measurements, and descriptions. The product on our website does not obligate us to have it available, and items available on the website are subject to change. As all of our sail material is unique, no single bag will be identical to those depicted on our website. We make all reasonable efforts to show our product and the colors accurately. Placement and stitching on any product will likely differ due to the use of upcycled materials. The product viewed on your computer will likely look different in person. By purchasing this product, you are agreeing to use the product as intended.
Cancellations
You may cancel any Stock Product order at any time prior to shipping. Your original form of payment will reflect your return credit within the following 5 business days depending on your financial institution. If you choose to cancel your order after the product has shipped; you will need to request a Return Authorization Form (RMA) via Customer Service to return the product back to Sea Bags.
Custom Product is non-cancelable and non-refundable.
If we cancel: There are few reasons we will cancel an order, this may include but is not limited to difficulty in processing your payment, inability to ship to the provided address, and duplicate orders. Should you have concerns regarding a cancellation notice, please call Customer Service at 888-210-4244.
Sea Bags Messages Mobile Terms & Conditions
Last updated: Sept 26, 2025. The Sea Bags mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Sea Bags, LLC ("Sea Bags", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Sea Bags's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sea Bags through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include specials, promotions, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
By signing up, you are confirming you are over the age of 13.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to 85171 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Sea Bags mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Auction Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all online bidding for Auctions conducted by Sea Bags. By registering to participate in a Sea Bags' Auction, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions.
1. All participants ("Bidders") must create an account at seabags.com. All registration information that the Bidder provides to Sea Bags shall be current, complete, and accurate. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States.
2. The bidder agrees to not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted on and during the auction sale.
3. Once a bid has been placed, that bid will be considered final. Placing a bid is a binding contract, and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid, you agree to purchase the product at the price indicated in your bid, plus applicable taxes and or delivery fees.
4. The Winner of an Auction will be notified via email and provided with a link to process payment. All sales are subject to appropriate state Sales Tax laws. The winner will also receive an electronic receipt upon conclusion of the sale.
5. Sea Bags cannot be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. The bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Sea Bags, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction.
6. Bidder accepts responsibility for and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sea Bags and its employees, governing body, officers, owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, fees, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) related to, arising from or associated with Buyer's, his agents or representatives, use of the Site, including but not limited to personal injuries or property damage incurred on the sale premises or during removal and transport of any auction item/lots, and arising out of, based upon, or resulting from any breach or violation by Bidder of this Site User Agreement or any use by Bidder of the Site or as a result of a dispute with another Bidder.
Visualizer Terms & Conditions
The preview generated by this visualizer tool is an approximation of how the finished product will look. Our designers may make small adjustments to the size and placement of artwork in order to ensure production quality standards are met. Sea Bags owns the final artwork for any design created or modified using this tool. All artwork we own may be used for both marketing and product development.
Artwork colors on the finished bag will vary slightly from the on-screen preview as well as from bag to bag. Each recycled sail panel is unique and features some assortment of original stitches, hardware, and other reminders of that sail's previous life on the ocean.
If an address change occurs prior to your visualizer tote being completed and shipped and the resulting change creates an obligation for state sales tax to its final destination, please be advised the original purchaser is responsible for any state sales tax due as a result of the address change.

Custom Design Information
We value your creativity. Please provide us with a detailed description of your design. When possible, upload a reference image.
Sending an Image: if you would like to include a reference image or artwork please email to: design@seabags.com with these requirements:
Indicate that you are sending artwork in the description field above, along with the design instructions for the custom bag.
Include the order number in subject line of your email (received after you submit your order) Max image size: under 10 MB

Design notes: We do not depict people on our bags. Sea Bags owns the final artwork on any design files we create or modify to produce your Sea Bag, with the exception of protected art. Examples of protected art: trademarked logos, licensed images, or artwork you created yourself. All artwork we own may be used for Sea Bags marketing and product development.
You will be charged once you submit your order to begin the design process.
Once submitted, it may take up to 5 business days to generate the computer-aided design (CAD). Once you receive it via email, let us know if there are any necessary adjustments, and we'll provide you with a second CAD upon request. Additional CADs are subject to a fee.
Once the design is approved, custom orders are non-refundable.
Once the design has been approved, the production process will take 7 to 10 business days to complete.
You will receive an email when the bag has shipped. Shipping takes 3-5 business days in the continental US, and longer Internationally.
Each custom bag is stamped and signed by the maker to prove its authenticity. Our Sea Bags hang tag is the final touch.
