"This is the absolute worst retail experience of my adult life. I ordered this in November for Christmas and have still not received. I have called and emailed multiple times with one generic reply back telling me it would not be here by Christmas. When will it be here? Stay far away from this company!!! They take your money and you receive NOTHING but strife in return!!!! I wish I could give no stars!!!"

"Haven’t received the bag yet. Was ordered in November and still has not arrived. Communication has been so so during this process. I was told anything ordered before December 4th would be delivered by Christmas. Never arrived and then I was told it would be the week after Christmas. Still hasn’t arrived and I have not heard from the company. Oh well…unfortunately a terrible experience with my first and probably last purchase with Sea Bags."
