Yes, it is safe to order on seabags.com. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server. At Sea Bags we respect your privacy, and we will only disclose your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
How do I order on Seabags.com?
Ordering on seabags.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the buy button to place it in your shopping bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information. You may also place your order over the phone, by calling 888-210-4244. Shop hours are from 9am to 5 pm, Mon - Saturday.
When will my credit card be charged?
Our system will charge your card once you complete your order.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders by Fed Ex Ground. Currently we only accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. For overseas orders, please call in your order at: 1-207-780-0744 or email us at order@seabags.com
How long will it take to get my bag?
We make each bag by hand and as a small, fast growing company, we do our best to get all of our orders out as soon as we can. While we are currently working at 2-3 weeks for each order, our lead-times vary and we'll confirm your order with our most current delivery.
Can I get the bag I saw in a magazine?
Each bag is inspired by the sail from which it comes and as such, each bag is unique and original and there are no exact duplicates. We do offer a wide variety of standard designs.
What's a custom order?
A custom order is anything different than our standard offering. For example, it can be a name, a specific number or different rope handle. When ordering custom, please make sure we know exactly what you are thinking - our designers are great but have their own creative flow. So, if you have exact specifications, make sure we know them. We charge extra for custom and reserve the right to tell you if we think your ideas will not look good on our bags. Custom orders are not returnable.
What's the most popular size?
We're asked that a lot. Currently it's our medium size. Perfect for an individual day at the beach, going to the gym, market or carrying your books to class.
Will my items be gift-wrapped?
All seabags.com purchases arrive packed in a box. Because we think our bag is artful, and we believe in recycling we don't add any further gift wrap. We are happy to include gift notes in your order - please indicate them in the comments section of your order.
How can I make returns or exchanges?
Sea Bags are accepted for credit or exchange within 30 days and accompanied by a sales receipt. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. There will be no returns or credits given on custom orders. Return requests may be sent to our Customer Service at info@seabags.com or 888-210-4244. Unless it's a quality related return, the customer is responsible for shipping all returns.
