Our Production Process
From Our Craftspeople to Your Door

All Sea Bags are handmade to order within 5-8 business days, with shipping times around 2-7 business days. Custom designs must be approved by the customer before we can begin making your Sea Bag. Thanks for your patience while we handcraft your one-of-a-kind bag. Here's a look at what goes into making your products.

Sail Cutting

Because our product is made from 100% recycled sails and no two are alike, our team templates and hand cuts each individual sail to minimize waste.

Sewing Prep

Before the hand cut sail panels are sewn into bags, we apply printed patterns and applique shapes to the cloth and measure and prep the sails for stitching.

Sewing

The sewing team skillfully stitches each bag incorporating our signature hand spliced rope handles, completing the final step in turning the sail cloth into your one-of-a-kind Sea Bag.

Packing & Shipping

Our shipping team assembles your order with minimal packing materials to reduce waste and sends it out our doors to you.

To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, order only items listed as "In Stock & Ready to Ship" before the shipping cutoff date. Any bag listed as "Handcrafted & Ships in 5-8 Business Days" may not be produced in time to ship before the cutoff.
